Our Guidelines

Policy & Discipline

Our Positive Discipline Approach

We believe that effective discipline is fostered through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. In our care, we instill manners, kindness, and respect for others. We lead by example, recognizing that the behavior we model as providers strongly influences the children. We understand that our actions and reactions speak louder than words, and we aim to demonstrate the values we wish to cultivate.

Positive Reinforcement

Celebrating good choices and encouraging positive behavior.

Redirection

Redirected to an alternative activity and provided with an opportunity to revisit the task later.

Emotional Support

Helping children understand and express their feelings.
